I am wondering how long it takes for this bug to travel through my body: nose, throat, sinus, lungs, ears, lymph node and back again; so sick and tired of being - well... you know.

Oooh no....you got zapped didn't you! I'm so sorry. All you can do is sit back, rest, drink tea and take your meds. Go to the dr immediately if anything hints of infection!!
